Blanc De Blancs x1
100% Chardonnay.
A French term that means "white from whites", and is used to designate Champagnes made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes or in rare occasions from Pinot Blanc (such as La Bolorée from Cedric Bouchard).
Brut Reserve x2
70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.
A well-rounded champagne that is the perfect apéritif. Clean and fresh on the palate with surprising length, a fine, persistent mousse and citrus finish.
Mailly Grand Cru x1
90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.
The best champagne grapes are grown in just 17 villages, one of which is Mailly-Champagne. Both nose and palate are subtle combinations of fruit, zest, honey and hazelnut. Delicate and complex.

50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier.
Vintages are generally produced three or four times a decade. This represents less than 5% of total Champagne production. Non-vintage Champagnes will be left to mature for at least 1.5 years, a vintage Champagne must be left for at least three years, although will often be left for longer.
